Refund policy

All business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) sales are final. Documented material defects or shipping shortages must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery receipt for manufacturer warranty processing. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed with our manufacturing and distribution partners.
