Keystone Elite Federal Logistics LLC operates on a direct-to-agency, commercial fulfillment model. All shipping dates and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to third-party freight carrier schedules. 

All shipments are commercial freight sold F.O.B. Origin. Risk of delivery loss or transit damage shifts completely to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Buyers are required to thoroughly inspect all cargo at the time of delivery and log any structural damage or line-item shortages within three (3) business day
